4. Fees and Payment

Payment is due within 14 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur interest charges.

4.3 Refund Policy

Refund terms for permanent placements are outlined in our service agreement. Temporary and locum placements are non-refundable.

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding:

• Candidate personal information and CVs
• Client business information and staffing needs
• Terms of any placement agreements

6. Intellectual Property
